  • Founder & Brand Officer

    Dirk is a renowned creative leader with a distinguished career in fashion, design, and brand transformation.

    • Zoma.agency (since 2023): In 2023, Dirk founded ZOMA.agency, driven by a desire to bridge industries and explore new creative frontiers. With ZOMA, he aims to leverage his extensive expertise in fashion, design, and brand strategy to create innovative solutions that resonate across diverse markets. His vision for ZOMA is to be a hub for transformative ideas, connecting people, industries, and cultures to push boundaries and redefine the way brands engage with their audiences.

    • MCM (2018–2023 & 2025-present): As Global Brand Chief Officer, he spearheads the creative vision of MCM, rejuvenating the brand for a younger, contemporary audience.

    • Vetsak (2023–2024): As Global Chief Brand Officer, he was steering the brand’s transformation into a lifestyle and furniture powerhouse, focusing on sustainability and innovative design.

    • Adidas (2010–2018): As Creative Director, he was leading Adidas’ Sports Style Division, he managed collaborations with Yohji Yamamoto (Y-3), Rick Owens, RAF Simons, Kanye West (Yeezy), and Pharrell Williams.

    • Joop! (2007–2010): As Creative Director, he redefined Joop!, evolving it from a fragrance brand into a respected fashion house.

    • Dirk Schönberger Label (1995–2007): Dirk founded his own luxury fashion label in Antwerp, quickly earning acclaim in the fashion world.

    Alex is a highly experienced designer and creative leader, known for his ability to shape and elevate global brands through innovative design and strategic vision.

    ZOMA.agency (2023–present): As Director of Design and Concept at ZOMA, Alex leads diverse teams on a project basis, ensuring tailored creative solutions for every challenge. Working in alignment with Dirk’s vision for ZOMA, he helps build a platform that bridges industries and fosters collaboration. Together, they aim to connect expertise across fashion, design, and branding to create impactful, boundary-pushing concepts that drive transformation across multiple sectors.

    • MCM (2019–2023): As Global Design Director, Alex led the creative direction and product design at MCM, playing a pivotal role in redefining the brand’s image and driving its evolution into a dynamic, contemporary luxury label. He spearheaded the development of seasonal collections, introducing fresh, youthful aesthetics while maintaining the brand’s heritage. By fostering collaborations with emerging talents and industry leaders, he positioned MCM as a brand at the intersection of culture, fashion, and luxury. Under his leadership, MCM saw a significant expansion of its global presence and further solidified its appeal to a new generation of consumers.

    • J. Lindeberg (2018): As Design Director, Alex was responsible for overseeing the creative direction and product design across the Fashion, Ski, and Golf categories. His primary objective was to develop a cohesive design language that unified all categories and strengthened the brand’s identity. 

    • Filippa K (2014–2018): During his tenure as Creative Director for Filippa K Mens in Stockholm, he oversaw the brand’s menswear collections, and creative vision blending timeless Scandinavian minimalism with functionality to enhance the label’s international appeal.

    • Adidas (2006–2014): As Head of Design for Adidas Performance, Style & Collaborations, he was instrumental in crafting forward-thinking designs and leading influential partnerships that helped solidify Adidas’ position as a global sports and lifestyle brand.
